Service Head

The Service Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete operations of biomedical waste collection services. The role includes planning, coordination, supervision, and ensuring compliance with biomedical waste management rules and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day biomedical waste collection operations across assigned routes.

Supervise collection staff, drivers, and field supervisors.

Ensure compliance with Biomedical Waste Management Rules and pollution control guidelines.

Plan routes, schedules, and manpower allocation for efficient collection.

Monitor vehicle operations, GPS reports, and daily collection data.

Handle client coordination, service issues, and operational escalations.

Liaison with facility operator on operations

Train staff on safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in handling such operations.

Strong operational and team management skills.

Knowledge of biomedical waste handling, safety protocols, and compliance norms would be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and manage field operations.

Age Group: 30 – 40 years

Work Location: Ernakulam (EKM)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
