Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM-Enterprise Account/Large Account Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as new business development, account management, communication with clients, lead generation, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Role and Responsibilities: 3+ Enterprise Account / 5+ Large Account years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of large account sales experience Local market and industry knowledge and experience Advanced communication and presentation skills. Deliver assigned sales and revenue targets Develop and execute Annual Customer Plans to achieve strategic objectives Define and deliver customer engagement and experience goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications New business development and account management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in lead generation. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
