Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM-Enterprise Account/Large Account Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves tasks such as new business development, account management, communication with clients, lead generation, and ensuring top-notch customer service.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 3+ Enterprise Account / 5+ Large Account years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of large account sales experience
• Local market and industry knowledge and experience
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Deliver assigned sales and revenue targets
• Develop and execute Annual Customer Plans to achieve strategic objectives
• Define and deliver customer engagement and experience goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• New business development and account management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in lead generation.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the printing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
