Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing customer support by handling installation, commissioning, and resolving issues related to Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology laboratory equipment. Additionally, you will play a key role in generating revenue through sales, after-sales service, and coordinating with internal teams to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Customer support - Installation and commissioning management - Understanding customer requirements and resolving issues - Providing training to customers on equipment operation - Providing supervisory and technical support to colleagues - Understanding new equipment and technology - Sales - Generating revenue through AMC, service, and spares sales - Generating and attending sales enquiries and courtesy calls - After Sales Service - Repairing faulty equipment on-site and in the office - Providing courtesy service calls - Coordination - Collaborating with OPD and Sales teams - Coordinating with the service team to achieve targets - Ensuring timely and accurate documentation Qualification Required: - B.Sc./Diploma holder /B.E in ECE, EEE, EIE - Minimum 2 to 4 years of servicing experience on Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology laboratory equipment - Good analytical and technical skills - Result-oriented and achievement-driven - Knowledge of validation documentation - Good communication skills - Independent and able to work effectively under pressure - Willingness to travel Note: This job opportunity is based in Mumbai and Pune and involves working with Pharmaceutical Companies on Process Equipment such as Autoclave, Washers, DHS, Isolator, Glove box, Pure steam generator, and multiple Distiller, Fermenter.
