Roles & Responsibilities of Service Engineer A Service Engineer in a water treatment company plays a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting water treatment systems to ensure reliable operation and customer satisfaction. Their work often combines technical expertise with field service and client support. 1. Installation & Commissioning 2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting 3. Performance Monitoring 4. Customer Support & Training 5. Documentation & Reporting 6. Coordination & Inventory Management 7. Safety & Compliance Key Skills Required: Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment. Strong understanding of pumps, valves, piping, instrumentation, and electrical systems. Knowledge of reading all forms of CAD drawings will be added advantage Troubleshooting and diagnostic ability. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel to client sites and work in field conditions. Must own a Two wheeler with a Valid D/L.
