Key Responsibilities

Installation and commissioning of fully electric injection moulding machines
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues at customer locations
Preventive maintenance and breakdown service support
Repair, calibration, and performance optimization of machines
Operator training and on-site technical guidance
Maintaining strong professional relationships with customers
Willingness to travel within the region for service support

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience in field service and troubleshooting of industrial machinery
Technical knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
Diploma or degree in
Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
Good communication skills for customer-facing service roles
Prior experience in injection moulding or manufacturing
is an advantage
