Along with machinery, we support customers with auxiliary equipment such as dryers, chillers, loaders, robots, and automation systems. Our engineering-focused approach serves customers across automotive, medical, home appliance, and consumer goods sectors, with a strong emphasis on reliability, precision, and long-term service support. Role Overview We are looking for a Service Engineer based in Chennai to support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fully electric injection moulding machines and related equipment. This role is field-based and involves regular travel to customer sites across Tamil Nadu and nearby regions. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of fully electric injection moulding machines Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues at customer locations Preventive maintenance and breakdown service support Repair, calibration, and performance optimization of machines Operator training and on-site technical guidance Maintaining strong professional relationships with customers Willingness to travel within the region for service support Required Qualifications Hands-on experience in field service and troubleshooting of industrial machinery Technical knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems Diploma or degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering Good communication skills for customer-facing service roles Prior experience in injection moulding or manufacturing is an advantage How to Apply 📧 Send your resume to marketing @emachinesindia.co.in 📍 Mention “Service Engineer – Chennai” in the subject line
