Job Description

Diverse Lynx is looking for Service Desk - ServiceNow to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and web chat inquiries from customers who require technical assistance.
  • Create and maintain records of incidents, service requests, and customer interactions using a ticketing system or other tracking tools.
  • Gather and document customer information, such as user identification, and the nature of the technical issue or service request.
  • Provide first-level support to customers by troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and escalating complex issues to appropriate technical support teams.

The ideal Service Desk candidate should possess strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a solid technical background in IT systems and applications. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage their time effectively.
