Job Summary - SDM The Service Delivery Manager for P&C will oversee the efficient delivery of services within the Property and Casualty Insurance domain. With a focus on Auto Claims the role requires expertise in MS Office and a hybrid work model. The candidate will ensure seamless operations during night shifts contributing to the company's success in delivering high-quality insurance services. Responsibilities Manage the delivery of services in the Property and Casualty Insurance sector ensuring high standards are maintained. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports analyze data and present findings to stakeholders. Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex problems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in Auto Claims. Conduct regular audits to assess service quality and identify areas for enhancement. Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery. Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Qualifications Possess strong proficiency in MS Office enabling efficient data management and reporting. Demonstrate experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain particularly in Auto Claims. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Show adaptability to a hybrid work model and flexibility for night shifts. Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in service delivery management. Display strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration. Certifications Required Certified Service Delivery Manager (CSDM) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
