Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager for Property and Casualty Insurance, your role involves overseeing the efficient delivery of services with a focus on Auto Claims. Your expertise in MS Office and ability to work in a hybrid model will contribute to the company's success in providing high-quality insurance services during night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of services in the Property and Casualty Insurance sector, ensuring high standards are maintained. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery. - Utilize MS Office tools for report preparation, data analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. - Monitor service performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement. - Address client inquiries promptly to maintain client satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex problems. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in Auto Claims. - Conduct regular audits to assess service quality and identify areas for enhancement. - Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs. - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis. - Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery. - Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives. Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in MS Office for efficient data management and reporting. - Experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance domain, particularly in Auto Claims. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Adaptability to a hybrid work model and flexibility for night shifts. - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in service delivery management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
