Managing a team of customer service employees.

Qualifications & Skills

Must be Graduate

Minimum of 2 -3 years experience.

Computer literate.

Management skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Highqualityorganizational skills

The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask

The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
