Understand the requirement of the customer from the sales team. Arrange for the required material: if in stock she/he will coordinate with Service Dept. & In case any installation is required on site or at office, she needs to coordinate withthe engineer accordingly. Keeping Inventory of the available material and also maintaining a minimum stock level. Maintaining customer-wise Inventory of the Rental Products which has been delivered to the customer: This activity needs to be in sync with the accounts Department. Making sure that the billing for each rental equipment that has gone to the customer has been done. Coordinating with customer, in case of an equipment failure, and getting the equipment repaired or making sure replacement is going in case the equipment goes faulty. Making sure the faulty equipment comes back to office, it is fixed and kept ready for the next customer. The data of the replacement also needs to be updated in the excel Sheet and with accounts team. In case an equipment is returned by the customer, this needs to be updated to the accounts department, the returned equipment needs to be installed and kept ready for the next customer. This should also reflect in the updated Inventory list. In case of Printers: We are supposed to get the reading on the 1 st of each Month & the 30 th of each Month, this is done to understand the consumption of pages vs how much is allowed as free copies. In case the customer has consumed more copies we need to make sure the billing for the additional copies is done. Printers: Arrange for Preventive Maintained, keeping stock of toners, in case of replacement Toner coordination for the same. In short, she will be the single point of contact for Rentals. Making sure the Toners reach customers on time.
