Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Retention Portfolio:

Identify high-risk customers through churn analytics, usage trends, and complaints.
Contact customers to understand dissatisfaction reasons and provide effective

resolutions.

Offer customized retention plans, discounts, or upgrades to retain customers.
Collaborate with technical support, billing, and service delivery teams to ensure

customer satisfaction.

Maintain detailed logs of interactions and outcomes in CRM systems.
Report on churn trends, reasons, and effectiveness of retention campaigns.
Support design and execution of customer loyalty programs.
Achieve monthly churn reduction and retention KPIs.

Farming Portfolio:

Manage a portfolio of existing accounts.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (IT Heads, KDMS).
Identify and pursue upselling opportunities in DATA and managed services.
Monitor account performance, usage patterns, and billing to identify revenue leakage

or potential churn.

Coordinate with technical, service delivery, and customer support teams for issue

resolution.

Prepare account plans, revenue forecasts, and renewal proposals.
Ensure timely contract renewals and collection of dues.
Achieve assigned farming revenue and retention targets.
