Fiber Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Conduct end-to-end planning and design of network reconstruction and

modernization projects.

2. Assess existing network infrastructure, identify gaps and areas for improvement, and

develop technical solutions.

3. Prepare detailed network drawings, diagrams, and documentation for reconstruction

projects.

4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (field operations, design, NOC, vendors, and

contractors) to ensure smooth execution.

5. Supervise and monitor network reconstruction activities, ensuring compliance with

quality standards and safety regulations.

6. Perform capacity planning and assist in network optimization initiatives during and

after reconstruction.

7. Validate post-reconstruction network performance through audits and acceptance

testing.

8. Prepare project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

9. Provide technical support and guidance during cutovers, migrations, and service

restorations.
