Hiring for Motor insurance - Agency Channel

Job Location (Remote): Ahmedabad , Mumbai (All Areas), Karnataka (All Areas)

Role & responsibilities

Channel Motor Vertical /Agency sales
Handling the sales managers and driving business in motor vertical through the agents in assigned state / Region / Territory
Drive the sales managers to recruit, train, and manage sales agents, focusing on driving Motor Insurance business through the agency model.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets.

2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies for motor insurance sales, including targeting specific customer segments and leveraging different channels.

3. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales objectives and goals.
