Hiring for Motor insurance - Agency Channel Job Location (Remote): Ahmedabad , Mumbai (All Areas), Karnataka (All Areas) Role & responsibilities : Channel Motor Vertical /Agency sales Handling the sales managers and driving business in motor vertical through the agents in assigned state / Region / Territory Drive the sales managers to recruit, train, and manage sales agents, focusing on driving Motor Insurance business through the agency model. Preferred candidate profile : 1. Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents to achieve sales targets. 2. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective strategies for motor insurance sales, including targeting specific customer segments and leveraging different channels. 3. Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales objectives and goals.
