Description
1. Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows, macOS or Linux, including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability. 2. Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, UDP 3. Understanding of all protocols. 4. Maintain and support multi-site windows environment along with hardware and software configuration. (Ex: Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Installation of Office 2019, 2021, Office 365) 5. Management of server migration when required by the client. 6. Taking care of Data Backup of all windows edition. 7. Knowledge & Configuration of RAID, DNS, Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy. 8. Knowledge and configuration of RADIUS Server in windows as well as Linux. 9. Hardware & Software level Knowledge. 10. Good Communication Skill to Handle Customer Queries. 11. Knowledge About O365, O365 Mail migration, SharePoint, OneDrive 12. Knowledge about Network Printer share. 13. Basic Server Troubleshooting. 14. Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS) 15. Knowledge of Virtualization (VMWARE, HYPER-V, CITRIX) 16. Knowledge of Linux OS, Linux Partition, 17. Basic Linux Troubleshooting. 18. Knowledge about HP and Dell Storage Connectivity and configuration. 19. Knowledge and configuration of Windows Failover Clustering. 20. Knowledge about NMS Server. 21. Knowledge and configuration of NAS Storage.
