We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who blends analytical precision with creative insight — someone who doesn’t just chase rankings, but builds digital authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies across multiple projects.
• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments.
• Manage and track keyword performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
• Optimize website architecture, meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking for higher SERP visibility.
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies (Google My Business optimization, citations, reviews management).
• Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in content and code.
• Monitor crawl errors, page speed, indexation, and mobile usability — fix technical SEO issues proactively.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach and digital PR strategies.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports, analytics summaries, and growth recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search evolution (SGE), and industry best practices.

Technical & Analytical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Google ranking algorithms and search intent optimization.
• Expertise in on-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, keyword mapping, schema).
• Proficiency in off-page SEO (link building, outreach, and authority management).
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest
• Screaming Frog / Sitebulb
• Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of technical SEO (site speed, redirects, crawl depth, XML sitemaps, canonicalization).
• Working knowledge of WordPress SEO, including plugin setup (Yoast, RankMath, All-in-One SEO).
• Ability to perform content audits and guide keyword-driven writing.

Creative & Strategic Skills

• Strong understanding of search intent and content marketing alignment.
• Ability to design SEO roadmaps and campaign timelines.
• Awareness of local SEO ranking factors and map pack optimization.
• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper) to speed up research and audits.
• Competence in interpreting data & analytics for insights, not just numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience managing SEO for multi-location or international clients.
• Knowledge of PPC / Google Ads and synergy between organic and paid campaigns.
• Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, basic JS).
• Familiarity with social signals and digital PR for SEO.
