Job Opening: Web & Application Developer (Development + Teaching Role) About the Role: We’re looking for a talented and driven Web & Application Developer to join our dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for building responsive websites, custom web applications, and mobile apps (Android/iOS or cross-platform), ensuring functionality, performance, and excellent user experience. You’ll work closely with our designers, marketers, and clients to bring digital ideas to life but also confident in teaching and training others. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Design and build mobile applications (native or cross-platform) using Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin/Swift. Integrate APIs and third-party services for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean, modern interfaces. Manage domain purchases, web hosting, and control panel configurations (cPanel, WHM, etc.). Optimize websites and apps for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. Deploy websites and apps on servers, handle backups, SSL certificates, and security best practices. Troubleshoot bugs and provide ongoing maintenance and feature updates. Training / Teaching WorkConduct live training workshops on web & app development for teachers, students and institutions. Teach domain setup, WordPress, app basics, responsive design, and deployment. Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples in easy-to-follow language. Prepare curriculum, guides, and practice materials in collaboration with our training team. Skills Required: Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript React.js / Vue.js / Angular WordPress (Elementor, Theme customization, Plugins) Hosting Management, cPanel, FTP, DNS, SSL App Development: Flutter / React Native / Kotlin / Swift Firebase integration (Auth, DB, Storage) Google Play Store & App Store deployment Backend & Tools: Node.js / PHP / Express.js / Laravel Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL Git & GitHub Deployment tools: Vercel, Netlify, Heroku Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory): Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, CodeDesign.ai, or Mixo.ai Adobe XD, Figma (for collaboration with designers) CI/CD pipeline knowledge Basic understanding of cyber security & SSL implementation Strong portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing previous work.
