We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager (SEO) who specialises in organic growth strategies to take our SEO performance to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve SERP rankings.

2. Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink strategies using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

3. Optimise on-page SEO elements, including meta tags, headings, schema, content structure, and internal linking.

4. Work on off-page SEO such as link-building, guest posting, and outreach activities.

5. Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and articles on finance and stock market topics.

6. Plan and execute technical SEO audits to resolve crawling, indexing, and page speed issues.

7. Monitor and analyse organic traffic trends, keyword positions, and site performance metrics.

8. Use Canva and creative tools to design SEO-driven creatives, blog banners, and infographics.

9. Apply prompt engineering (LLM prompting) to generate SEO-friendly content ideas, FAQs, and optimisations.

10. Stay updated with the latest Google Algorithm updates, Core Web Vitals, and SEO best practices.

11. Work closely with the marketing and research team to ensure finance-related content is engaging, accurate, and optimised.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2+ years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).

2. Strong understanding of Google Search algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and SEO guidelines.

3. Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Analytics.

4. Hands-on knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML, and CMS platforms.

5. Skilled in content optimisation, blog writing, keyword research, and competitor tracking.

6. Creative design knowledge with Canva, Photoshop (basic), or similar tools.

7. Strong ability to create SEO content strategies for finance, stock market, and investment sectors.

8. Experience in link-building, outreach campaigns, and content marketing.

9. Familiarity with prompting AI tools (ChatGPT/LLMs) for SEO and content workflows.

10. Good understanding of finance, stock market, and investment trends (Finance enthusiast preferred).

11. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.

Good to Have

1. Experience in local SEO and schema markup for business listings.

2. Knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media optimisation, and Google Ads.

3. Ability to manage team members, freelancers, and content creators.
