As a Team Leader , you’ll be managing a small but high-energy team of Relationship Managers. Your job is to guide, motivate, and help them hit their targets, while also handling key client relationships. 💼 What you'll be doing: Leading a team of Relationship Managers in Rajkot. Driving business growth through your team’s performance. Coaching RMs on product knowledge, sales strategy, and client servicing. Ensuring smooth onboarding and support for new Authorised Persons (APs)/ Sub-brokers. Regularly reviewing sales pipelines and ensuring targets are met. Reporting performance updates to the senior leadership team. 🧠 Who we’re looking for: Someone who enjoys mentoring and leading by example. Prior experience in managing a sales/business development team, preferably in BFSI. Strong communication, people, and analytical skills. 🗓 Working Days: Mon–Fri (8:30 am – 6:00 pm), Sat (9:30 am – 5:30 pm) 📈 Experience: 2–4 years in business development or team handling roles. 💼 About Lakshmishree Investment & Securities Ltd.
