SEO Specialist

As a Senior SEO Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive qualified leads for the business.
You will oversee a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with content, tech and marketing teams to ensure our digital properties are optimized to their fullest potential.This role demands a deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, as well as a proven track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic growth across all platforms.
• Keyword Research: Conduct advanced keyword research to identify opportunities and optimize content for search engine visibility.
• On-page Optimization: Oversee the optimization of website structure, meta tags, headers, content, and images to ensure alignment with SEO best practices.
• Off-page SEO: Develop and execute link-building strategies, partner outreach, and other off-page activities to increase domain authority.
• Technical SEO: Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is crawlable, indexable, and optimized for search engines.
• Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to guide SEO-driven content creation, including blog posts, landing pages, and product pages.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to track KPIs and report on ROI.
• Competitor Analysis: Perform regular SEO audits and competitive analysis to identify areas of improvement and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, ensuring continuous development and alignment with business goals.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as paid search, social media, product, and UX/UI teams to ensure unified digital marketing efforts.
• Stay Updated on SEO Trends: Stay on top of industry changes, Google algorithm updates, and new SEO tools to ensure ongoing performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in SEO
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Search Console.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they affect SEO.
• Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing data and deriving actionable insights from SEO performance metrics.
• Team Management: Proven experience managing and developing a team of SEO professionals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
