Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO strategy, content optimization, keyword research, and performance tracking. Additionally, the candidate should have basic skills in graphic design and content writing to support digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
• Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking.
• Perform regular website audits and implement technical SEO improvements.
• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building activities.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create and optimize content for SEO.
• Write engaging, SEO-friendly blog posts, web content, and marketing copy.
• Design basic graphics, banners, and visuals for digital campaigns (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house).
• Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
• Strong writing and editing skills for digital content creation.
• Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
