Job Title: Marketing Manager (SEO Manager) Company: Agile Soft Systems Location: Mohali Punjab Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and content strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our digital presence and ensure continuous growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities. Optimize website structure, on-page elements, and content to enhance search visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Manage technical SEO, including site audits, crawlability, and indexation improvements. Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies accordingly. Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority. Develop and manage SEO reporting and performance tracking. Ensure website compliance with SEO best practices, including mobile optimization and Core Web Vitals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in an IT services company. Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other SEO tools. Hands-on experience with technical SEO, site audits, and structured data. Ability to develop and execute link-building strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
