Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
