SEO Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to develop, implement, and manage effective search engine optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, analytics, and content optimization, with the ability to drive organic growth, improve keyword rankings, and enhance website visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website traffic, rankings, and visibility across major search engines.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions.
• Handle the content, SEO executive teams to implement best SEO practices.
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including technical SEO audits, link building, and outreach.
• Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Drive local SEO initiatives and optimize Google Business profiles (if applicable).
• Work closely with paid marketing teams to ensure synergy between SEO and SEM.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
