Job Title: SEO Lead Location: Mohali (On-site) Company: Prologic Technologies Experience Required: 4–7 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role Prologic Technologies is looking for a sharp, growth-focused SEO Lead to build and scale our organic demand engine targeting US-based tech buyers. This role goes beyond keyword ranking — we’re looking for someone who can drive qualified inbound leads through smart content strategies, AI-led automation, and an understanding of community-driven SEO. This is your chance to own and shape the SEO function end-to-end, backed by leadership that understands performance marketing and is committed to building a strong digital presence. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution Build and own the SEO roadmap aligned with business goals and MQL targets Conduct buyer-intent keyword research for US tech services market Develop page-level and topic-cluster content strategies that generate qualified traffic Technical SEO Run regular audits and implement fixes for crawlability, indexing, and site performance Optimize for Core Web Vitals, structured data, mobile-first indexing Maintain and improve setup of GSC, GA4, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboard. AI-Driven SEO & Automation Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI tools (e.g., Frase, SurferSEO, Jasper, ChatGPT, SheetGPT, etc.) Build SOPs to scale topic ideation, on-page optimization, clustering, and internal linking Create repeatable workflows for optimizing content velocity without sacrificing quality’ Community SEO (Reddit, Discord, Forums) Monitor relevant communities for content gaps and backlink opportunities Use buyer language from Reddit/Discord to fuel keyword and content strategy Seed content and amplify visibility using smart engagement (not spam) On-Page & Off-Page SEO Optimize all web assets for SEO and conversion Lead white-hat link building and digital PR Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers for SEO-friendly outputs Soft Skills We Value Initiative: Doesn’t wait to be told what to do — always seeking improvement Business thinking: Understands how SEO connects to pipeline, not just traffic Clarity: Can simplify complexity and explain insights across the team Accountability: Tracks what matters and owns the results Adaptability: Stays ahead of changes in AI, algorithms, and buyer behavior Must-Have Market Experience SEO experience for US-based clients or markets is mandatory Proven ability to generate traffic that converts into qualified leads Hands-on with Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, GA4, and more Familiar with Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms Selection Criteria We’ll shortlist based on how well you understand: How AI should be used in SEO — what to automate, what not to, and which tools scale best.
