Position: SEO Lead We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on SEO Lead to take ownership of organic search performance across our platforms. This role requires strong technical SEO skills along with experience in scaling organic traffic for large listing and local-focused websites. 🔍 Key Responsibilities 1. Develop, lead, and execute the end-to-end SEO strategy for Matrimony.com and its portfolio sites. 2. Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance crawlability, speed, structure, and indexing. 3. Own and execute Local SEO strategies — including map listings, NAP consistency, and local schema. 4. Drive SEO for listing-based websites, ensuring optimum discoverability and crawl depth. 5. Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and SERP analysis. 6. Track and measure performance using Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and other advanced SEO tools. 7. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, internal linking, content hierarchy, and UX. 8. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and content teams to execute SEO initiatives. 9. Monitor Google algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategy proactively. 🧠 Who You Are (Skills & Qualifications) 1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in a B2C product or high-traffic website environment. 2. Strong expertise in technical SEO, especially for listing marketplaces or large-scale websites. 3. Proficiency with Local SEO practices and directory/listing management. 4. Excellent command over tools: GSC, GA4, GTM, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. 5. Comfortable analyzing large datasets and making data-backed decisions. 6. Familiarity with page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup. 💡 Bonus / Good-to-Have Skills 1. Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) — Google Play Console, keywording, creative optimization, and tracking tools. 2. Experience with YouTube SEO — optimizing metadata, titles, descriptions, tags, and increasing organic video discoverability. 3.
