Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Lead to head our SEO efforts and manage the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO strategies, digital marketing channels, and team leadership. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and ensuring the team delivers on overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SEO strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and visibility.

• Manage and mentor the digital marketing team (SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, etc.).

• Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports.

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, and developers to align SEO best practices.

• Stay updated with search engine algorithms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.

• Ensure ROI-driven campaigns across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience

• Hands-on experience in technical SEO, link-building, and content optimization.

• Prior experience leading or managing a marketing team.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.
