Job Description

Own and evolve the end-to-end SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and improve search rankings
Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of fixes (e.g., crawl issues, Core Web Vitals, site architecture)
Develop and execute on-page and content SEO strategies , including keyword research, content planning, and optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to implement SEO best practices across the site
Lead or support SEO projects including site migrations, international SEO, or local SEO efforts
Stay up to date with search engine algorithms and SEO trends; proactively apply insights
Define and track KPIs, and continuously test and iterate to improve performance
If applicable: build, lead, and mentor a small SEO team or manage agency/vendor relationships
