. You will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving qualified leads for our B2B business.
Key Responsibilities
✅ On-Page SEO:
- Optimize on-page elements such as website content, meta tags (title, description, header tags), images, internal linking structure, and URL optimization to improve search visibility and user engagement. Optimize content for search intent, content SEO, and E-E-A-T guidelines
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices on landing pages and blog content to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and optimize website page speed, mobile usability, and overall user experience (UX) to meet SEO and user engagement benchmarks.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO guidelines are followed.
✅ Off-Page SEO
- Design and implement off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority, improve search engine rankings, and drive referral traffic.
- Manage and grow backlink profiles through white-hat link building techniques.
- Identify and collaborate with relevant websites, blogs, and influencers for outreach and guest posting.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify opportunities for B2B lead generation.
✅ Technical SEO
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and fix crawl issues, broken links, redirect errors, and optimize sitemaps for improved site structure and indexability.
- Monitor Google Search Console, Core web vitals and other SEO tools for performance and issues.
- Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented in code.
- Optimize website architecture, schema markup, and site structure for better indexing.
✅ Google My Business (GMB)
- Optimize and manage Google My Business profiles to boost local SEO performance, ensuring accurate business information and leveraging features like posts, reviews, and Q&A for increased local lead generation.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions.
✅ Backlink Building
- Conduct link prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, boosting domain authority and improving keyword rankings.
- Maintain relationships with bloggers, journalists, and webmasters to support lead generation through backlinks.
✅ Lead Generation (B2B Focused)
- Leverage SEO to generate qualified leads for B2B clients by optimizing landing pages and creating tailored SEO strategies aimed at attracting business decision-makers.
- Implement strategies that align with the buyer's journey in a B2B environment, focusing on creating content and optimized funnels that increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure SEO strategies align with lead generation and nurturing goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role with a focus on B2B SEO and lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, GEO, search engine algorithms, and lead generation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret data to optimize lead generation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Experience with B2B digital marketing and creating optimized lead generation funnels.
