We specialize in delivering result-driven digital solutions including SEO, lead generation, content marketing, and performance marketing for businesses across industries. Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and analytical SEO Executive to manage and improve our clients’ and company websites’ organic search performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies, monitoring performance, generating leads through multiple digital channels, and contributing to content and inbound marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Execution Monitor and improve search engine rankings of targeted keywords on an ongoing basis. Recommend and implement website changes to enhance search engine visibility and rankings. Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals while ensuring compliance with search engine guidelines. Perform daily on-page and off-page SEO activities, including website promotion and link-building efforts. Track, monitor, and resolve web crawl issues using SEO tools. Review site traffic and organic search performance to identify ranking improvement opportunities. Analysis & Reporting Analyze organic search traffic data to guide decisions on content creation, site structure, and off-site SEO efforts. Create detailed reports on keyword performance, site traffic, and competitor activity. Conduct R&D to identify new SEO growth opportunities and trends. Content & Marketing Write and optimize articles and blogs related to company services and projects. Provide recommendations for optimizing landing page content for better conversions and rankings. Implement inbound marketing strategies to drive organic leads. Create videos, infographics, and visual content using tools such as Canva, Piktochart, Bitable, Powtoon, etc. Build and maintain relationships with network influencers to strengthen off-page SEO efforts. Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns Execute and support lead generation initiatives across multiple channels, including Email, SMS, LinkedIn, Facebook, Paid Campaigns, Video Marketing, and Content Marketing. Team & Process Management Review and approve SEO strategies created by junior SEO team members before implementation. Support day-to-day SEO operations, including coordination, training, and performance monitoring (where applicable). Required Skills & Experience Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO reporting tools. Knowledge of inbound marketing and multi-channel lead generation strategies. Good content writing and optimization skills. Familiarity with graphic and video creation tools is a plus. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
