Job Description

Core SEO Execution

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and opportunity sizing.
  • Perform advanced on-page optimization: meta tags, header hierarchy, schema markup, internal linking, URL hygiene, and content structuring.
  • Deliver comprehensive technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMRush, and GSC with clear priority-based action plans.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, page experience, crawl budget, site speed, and mobile-first readiness.
  • Drive content SEO through topic clusters, pillar pages, content gap analysis, and SERP pattern analysis.
  • Track rankings, visibility, traffic shifts, and proactively troubleshoot drops.

Technical SEO

  • Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects, hreflang, schema, and indexation processes.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to resolve architecture issues, JS rendering challenges, and ensure SEO-first development.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.).
  • Strong capability in diagnosing indexation issues, crawl anomalies, and site migration impacts.

Client Consulting & Strategy

  • Lead SEO conversations with clients and clearly translate technical insights into business impact.
  • Create tailored SEO strategies for different business models—content-heavy sites, e-commerce, lead-gen, and enterprise.
  • Present monthly performance reports, insights, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on content direction, restructuring, competitor benchmarking, and ownership of high-intent SERPs.
  • Work closely with internal teams—content, media, design, and tech—to embed SEO across brand initiatives.

Data-Driven Analytics

  • Use GA4, Search Console, and analytics dashboards to derive insights and recommend optimizations.
  • Perform pre/post-analysis for every SEO initiative to measure ROI.
  • Understand key SEO KPIs: non-brand organic growth, keyword share, crawl-to-index ratio, and contribution to conversions/revenue.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
  • Solid command of technical + on-page SEO.
  • Confident in client communication and strategy presentations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach.
