Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Lead to drive and manage SEO initiatives and organic growth strategies for both GALTech’s internal projects and a diverse portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and Middle East. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and leadership skills to ensure measurable results across multiple projects.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for shaping SEO strategies, managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance, and mentoring junior members of the marketing team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and adaptable, with proven expertise in both technical and content-driven SEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement comprehensive SEO and organic marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO activities (keyword research, audits, site optimization, authority building).
  • Lead content marketing efforts, including blogs, video strategies, and organic social media growth.
  • Oversee email marketing initiatives (list growth, engagement, campaign performance).
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization.
  • Handle local, technical, and international SEO for both in-house and client brands.
  • Track and analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and ensure ROI improvement.
  • Guide, coach, and support junior SEO and marketing team members.
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Maintain a portfolio of successful SEO projects and campaigns as proof of expertise.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience (agency or in-house; Middle East market exposure preferred).
  • Strong background in leading multiple campaigns/projects at once.
  • Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, automation/AI tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content strategy, social media growth, and email marketing.
  • Strong technical and content SEO skills with project management experience.
  • Analytical, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with the UAE/Middle East digital landscape.
  • Arabic language skills (preferred but not mandatory).
  • SEO/digital marketing certifications.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
