Job Description

As an experienced SEO & Digital Marketing Lead at GALTech, your primary focus will be to drive and manage SEO initiatives and organic growth strategies for both internal projects and a diverse portfolio of client accounts across the UAE and Middle East. You will need to combine strategic vision, hands-on execution, and leadership skills to deliver measurable results across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement comprehensive SEO and organic marketing strategies for multiple brands. - Manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO activities including keyword research, audits, site optimization, and authority building. - Lead content marketing efforts through blogs, video strategies, and organic social media growth. - Oversee email marketing initiatives focusing on list growth, engagement, and campaign performance. - Utilize AI-driven tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization. - Handle local, technical, and international SEO for both in-house and client brands. - Track and analyze performance data, prepare detailed reports, and ensure ROI improvement. - Guide, coach, and support junior SEO and marketing team members. - Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and digital marketing best practices. - Maintain a portfolio of successful SEO projects and campaigns as proof of expertise. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of proven SEO and digital marketing experience in agency or in-house settings, with exposure to the Middle East market preferred. - Strong background in leading multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. - Advanced knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics/Search Console, Screaming Frog, Data Studio, and automation/AI tools. - Proficiency in content strategy, social media growth, and email marketing. - Strong technical and content SEO skills with project management experience. - Analytical, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Additional Details: Preference will be given to candidates with multi-project experience, client management skills, and readiness to work from Infopark, Koratty. Arabic language skills, SEO/digital marketing certifications, and hands-on experience with CMS (WordPress, Shopify) are considered advantageous but not mandatory.
