Senior Wordpress Developer

As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for the following: - Proficient in WordPress themes, plugins, and core functionalities. - Strong understanding of the WordPress and REST API. - Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Proficient in PHP and MySQL for custom development. - Experience with creating and managing custom post types, taxonomies, and fields. - Knowledge of web server technologies (e.g., Apache, NGINX). - Ability to create custom themes and plugins from scratch. - Knowledge of hooks, filters, and the WordPress templating hierarchy. - Experience with caching mechanisms, image optimization, and minimizing HTTP requests. - Familiarity with tools like GTmetrix, PageSpeed Insights, or Lighthouse. - Implementing secure coding practices to protect against vulnerabilities like XSS, SQL injection, and CSRF. - Experience with security plugins and SSL certificate integration. - Experience with automated deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of CRM, ERP, or e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce. - Expertise in migrating websites to/from WordPress. - Knowledge of database management and troubleshooting. - Knowledge in Drupal is an added advantage.
