As a web developer with 3 years of experience, your role will involve closely interacting with Business Analysts, Tech Leads, Co-Developers, Designers, and Test Engineers. You will follow organizational practices on coding standards and be responsible for developing WordPress themes and plugins. Your responsibilities will also include installation, customization, and configuration of plugins, ensuring security and performance in coding, understanding front-end programming, developing web applications with Woo-Commerce integration, hosting WordPress sites, and monitoring performance, errors, server security, scale, and backups.
