Manager/Lead - Marketplaces - Social Beat

Position Summary We are looking for a data-driven professional to develop, execute, optimize and plan media campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces in India (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, BigBasket, Myntra, etc). We are looking for smart, passionate, and experienced professionals who want to be part of an innovative team in a rapidly evolving industry. Key Responsibility Areas Creating and presenting strategic digital media plans for D2C and ecommerce brands based on sound analytics, supported by data. Developing innovative solutions to continuously position as a cutting edge source for digital media strategy. Create digital media strategy and campaign plans (propose, iterate as needed, and secure approval from clients). Fair understanding of optimization techniques across marketplaces to drive the right ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Mentoring the junior team members. Manage and engage with client counterparts and internal account teams for key account assignments. An understanding of conversion rate optimization and A content optimization would be a plus. Participate in new business pitches, etc. Ensure plans are executed flawlessly. Maintain status reports to ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines and write reports of key meetings. Lead and manage the budget and client billing process. Skills 4-6 years of experience working in various marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Bigbasket, Nykaa, Myntra, etc). Demonstrates understanding of media basics and concepts. Working knowledge of Syndicated tools (Helium10, Shopify, etc). Understanding of optimization platforms & trafficking platforms. Team player.
