You will be tasked with enhancing site load speed through techniques such as image compression, lazy loading, and caching. Optimizing on-page SEO elements like content structure, heading tags, meta tags, and schema markup will be crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for constructing and updating landing pages for ad campaigns, structuring the blog for SEO, ensuring mobile responsiveness, maintaining page cleanliness, and upholding consistent branding standards. Monitoring site health using tools like Search Console, PageSpeed, Ahrefs, etc., will also fall under your purview. In terms of tech and tools, you should be proficient in working with WordPress and Elementor (or similar builders), as well as utilizing tools like PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix, and Google Search Console. Knowledge of SEO plugins such as Yoast or RankMath is essential. Familiarity with tools like Hotjar or Clarity (optional, for UX tracking), Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics is advantageous. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a proven track record of managing and optimizing WordPress websites, a solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO practices, and the ability to create custom landing pages that are not only fast but also effective in driving conversions.
