Key Responsibilities

Technical Architecture & SEO Implementation

• Architect, Design, and implement

  scalable and SEO-optimized web applications

  using

  Next.js

  (SSR, SSG, ISR) and

  React.js

  .
• Optimize

  Core Web Vitals

  , structured data (JSON-LD schema), meta tags, canonical URLs, and site architecture to maximize visibility and indexability.
• Collaborate with backend teams to build

  API-driven, SEO-friendly, and highly performant data flows

  for category, profile, and listing pages.
• Enhance platform reliability and scalability through

  caching, CDN optimization, and edge rendering

  strategies.
• Implement

  structured analytics and observability

  (e.g., Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) to monitor real-time performance metrics.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, SEO Analysts, and Data Engineers to translate business and SEO goals into measurable technical outcomes.
• Ensure engineering decisions consistently improve overall site performance and SEO outcomes.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release processes following Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation.
• Provide technical mentorship and drive best practices in web performance and SEO engineering.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in front-end or full-stack development for high-traffic, SEO-critical websites.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, and related ecosystem tools.
• Proven experience implementing and optimizing technical SEO at scale schema, sitemaps, canonicalization, robots, and structured metadata.
• Experience with Node.js / Express.js / React, RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/AntD, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP environments, CI/CD pipelines, and microservice/micro-frontend architectures.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and debugging skills; able to interpret SEO and performance data to drive engineering decisions.
• Excellent communication skills - capable of collaborating across product, design, and marketing teams.
• Ownership mindset with a strong focus on

  speed, quality, and measurable results

  .
• Comfortable mentoring and guiding junior engineers.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building or optimizing e-commerce, review, or directory-style platforms (Zillow, Yelp, Practo, TripAdvisor, or G2-style architectures).
• Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
• Exposure to schema automation, dynamic meta management, and sitemap generation pipelines.
• Understanding of A/B testing, CRO, and analytics tagging frameworks (GA4, GTM, Segment).
