You are currently seeking a MERN Stack Tech Lead with 4-5 years of experience to join our team based in Bengaluru. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the full stack development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong proficiency in React, Redux, Node.js, and no-sql databases. Your role will require a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, along with experience in working with RESTful APIs, cloud services, serverless architecture, and microservices architecture. You should be well-versed in HTML, CSS, Sass, Less, and CSS3, with familiarity in Bootstrap, Material UI, and AntD. Prior experience in leading a team is preferred, and you should demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. In addition to technical responsibilities, you will be expected to handle customer queries, demonstrate product capabilities, and work within an Agile SCRUM development process. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment is essential.
