Web QA Tester

The Web QA Tester position at GS Digital in Kochi, Kerala involves ensuring the high-quality standards of web development projects by conducting thorough testing to guarantee flawless, functional, and industry best practices-compliant websites and digital products. As a Web QA Tester, your role will include collaborating with developers and marketers to address usability, accessibility, and performance issues before project delivery. Responsibilities: - Conduct both manual and automated testing on websites, landing pages, and interactive elements. - Validate cross-browser and cross-device compatibility across Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and optimal user experience on various screen sizes. - Identify and communicate UI/UX inconsistencies to designers and developers. - Test website speed, SEO, and accessibility using tools such as Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, and WCAG standards. - Verify proper implementation of tracking tools like Google Analytics, GTM, and performance marketing campaigns. - Check alignment of brand identity elements including logos, colors, and typography across digital assets. - Conduct pixel-perfect design validation against Figma mockups. - Perform content proofreading to eliminate typos and inconsistencies. - Validate form submissions and CTAs. Required Skills: - Minimum 1 year of experience in QA testing, preferably in an agency setting. - Proficiency in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile platforms. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms. - Experience with design validation tools like Figma or similar platforms. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, PageSpeed Insights, and SEO best practices. - Expertise in cross-browser and mobile responsiveness testing. - Familiarity with QA tools such as BrowserStack, Selenium, Lighthouse, and DevTools. - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position at GS Digital.
