Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and passionate Music Arranger to join our creative team. As a Music Arranger, you will work closely with composers, producers, and artists to develop musical arrangements that enhance the composition's impact and appeal. Your expertise will help transform raw musical ideas into polished productions that resonate with audiences. Key Responsibilities: Arrange, orchestrate, and adapt musical compositions across various genres. Collaborate with composers, producers, and artists to understand creative vision and requirements. Create sheet music, parts, and MIDI mock-ups for productions. Experiment with harmonies, rhythms, and instrumentation to enrich the overall sound. Provide musical direction and suggestions during recording and production sessions. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate innovative arranging techniques. Qualifications: Proven experience as a music arranger or similar role in a professional setting. Strong knowledge of music theory, harmony, orchestration, and arrangement techniques. Proficiency with music notation software (e.g., Sibelius, Finale, Suno AI) and digital audio workstations (DAWs). Ability to work across multiple music genres and adapt to different styles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for music production and creative innovation. Preferred : Background in music production or composition. Familiarity with AI-assisted music production tools. Experience working in an independent music label or production house.
