Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Business Finance team to deliver comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis aligned with corporate objectives.
Develop and execute financial strategies that support business growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and decision support on key initiatives, investments, and business opportunities.
Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices in financial management, reporting, and risk mitigation.
Oversee preparation and presentation of financial reports to the board, investors, and other stakeholders.
Manage capital allocation, working capital optimization, and cost management initiatives.
Lead financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to align financial goals with business priorities.
Champion data-driven decision-making and leverage financial systems and analytics tools for enhanced reporting and insights.
