Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1.Financial Planning & Analysis • Develop and maintain comprehensive expenditure frameworks and costing models tailored for individual medical centres and the central office. • Conduct detailed revenue projections and long-term financial forecasting to support business planning and expansion. • Design and implement investment evaluation tools and return-on-investment (ROI) models to support decision-making for capital expenditures. • Formulate cost optimization strategies through data-driven financial analysis and cross-functional alignment.

2. Profit & Loss (P&L) Management • Establish and maintain P&L ownership structures for each centre in coordination with Centre Heads and Executive Management. • Analyze cost-to-revenue matrices across departments to ensure fiscal discipline and optimal performance. • Drive accountability and financial transparency across the organization by integrating regular performance reviews, variance analysis, and action plans. • Support leadership in developing pricing strategies and new revenue models to improve margins.

3.Operational Excellence • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, investors, and board members to represent the financial position of the company. • Develop and implement robust financial control systems for expenditure tracking, procurement efficiency, and vendor cost optimization. • Lead the standardization and automation of financial processes, improving reporting speed and accuracy. • Manage working capital cycles, vendor negotiations, and optimize cash flow management across centres. • Implement financial dashboards and KPIs for real-time operational visibility and decision-making support.

4. Compliance & Strategic Support • Supervise balance sheet integrity, statutory filings, and tax matters in close coordination with chartered accountants and audit teams. • Ensure adherence to financial regulatory frameworks (GST, TDS, Income Tax, Company Law) and support statutory and internal audits. • Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure risk mitigation in financial contracts, partnerships, and third-party agreements. • Provide financial insights to the CEO and Board for strategic business initiatives, M&A opportunities, and expansion plans.

5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team across corporate and centre-level units. Principal Accountabilities • Serve as a business partner to department heads, enabling financial literacy and budget ownership across functional teams.
