Role Overview

Senior ENT Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership:

• Diagnose and manage complex ENT conditions with high clinical standards.
• Perform advanced ENT examinations and procedures, interpreting diagnostic findings and designing personalized treatment plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary case discussions and provide mentorship to junior clinicians.

Teleconsultation & Virtual Care:

• Provide expert online consultations, follow-ups, and second opinions through the centres telemedicine platform.
• Ensure seamless coordination between virtual and in-person care, maintaining quality and patient safety standards.

Strategic & Collaborative Responsibilities:

• Contribute to service development, clinical protocol design, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with other specialists for integrated care delivery.
• Participate in CME programs and clinical governance activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in ENT / Otolaryngology from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license/registration to practice in [Country/State].

• 1015 years of post-qualification experience

  in ENT practice, preferably in a hospital or multi-specialty medical centre.
• Experience in teleconsultation and digital healthcare platforms is desirable.
