Responsible for leading the shared services finance function within the intragroup business. This includes financial steering, cost efficiency initiatives, digitalization, business partnering, process alignment, process documentation, audit support, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations, and team management.
Experience: 8 15+ Years, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Qualification: Bachelor s Degree; preferably Master s Degree, MBA or CA/CMA
Strong leadership and communication
Strong understanding of Indian tax laws, GST, customs, and transfer pricing
Ability to manage audits and liaise with authorities
Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
ERP and MS Office Suite proficiency
Oversee all finance operations including accounting, tax, treasury, controlling, and indirect procurement
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.)
Liaise with corporate HQ for reporting, audits, and strategic planning. This includes monthly, quarterly and annual closing, forecasting, and business planning
Manage internal controls and risk mitigation, ensure proper documentation and audit support
Lead and encourage digitalization activities
Execute special projects assigned by CEO
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
