Location: Noida Experience Required: 6+ Years 🔧 Key Responsibilities Network Analysis & Design Analyze existing VoIP networks to identify improvement areas. Develop architecture plans for voice and data services. VoIP System Implementation & Configuration Install/configure switches, gateways, Cisco UC servers (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, IM&P, Expressway). Ensure VoIP service reliability and scalability. Network Security & Optimization Upgrade and secure VoIP systems (SIP, H323). Enhance network performance and resource efficiency. Project Management & Cross-team Collaboration Collaborate with IT leads to gather VoIP/networking needs. Coordinate with L1/L3 teams for implementation and maintenance. Training & Knowledge Sharing Train staff on VoIP usage, best practices, and protocols. Share technical knowledge and contribute to process improvements. Technical ✅ Required Skills: Deep expertise in Cisco UC infrastructure (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, IM&P, Expressway). Strong understanding of SIP, H323, ISDN, PSTN, analog, and fax. Knowledge of Polycom/video conferencing tech. Hands-on experience with network hardware/software. VoIP troubleshooting & network optimization. Non-Technical Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train users and support teams. 🎓 Education & Certifications Bachelor's/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
