Job Title: US Talent Acquisition Specialist / OPT Recruiter Work Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Work Mode: Onsite (Office) Experience: 3 – 12 Years Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST About the Role We are looking for experienced and dynamic US Talent Acquisition Specialists / OPT Recruiters to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in end-to-end US recruitment with a focus on OPT hiring, immigration processes, and bench onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to build a strong and long-term career in US IT recruitment.   Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for OPT, H1B, GC, and senior consultants. Source OPT/CPT candidates from job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, universities, and training institutes. Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline including OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and US Citizens. Onboard senior IT consultants to the bench, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with universities, training vendors, and referral partners to attract OPT talent. Educate candidates on visa processes, immigration regulations, and career growth opportunities. Conduct resume screening, pre-interviews, and evaluations for technical and cultural fit. Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS/CRM systems and prepare recruitment status reports. Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with current requirements. Ensure compliance with US hiring and immigration regulations. Provide ongoing candidate engagement, relationship management, and career guidance.   Skills & Qualifications 3 – 12 years of experience in US IT recruitment with a strong focus on OPT hiring. In-depth knowledge of US immigration policies, work authorizations, and hiring processes. Proficiency in sourcing from Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and university networks. Hands-on experience in onboarding both OPT candidates and senior consultants. Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
