Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Ahmedabad ( On site )

Experience: Minimum 4 - 8 years in US IT Recruitment

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and target-driven Senior US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in full cycle US IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiating and closing. You must have proven experience working directly with Prime Vendors, Tier-1 clients, and implementation partners and be well-versed in W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for US IT roles across multiple clients. Source and attract top talent through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Work extensively with Prime Vendors and Direct Clients for requirements fulfilment. Screen and qualify candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Negotiate pay rates, employment terms, and close offers.Maintain candidate and client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Track and manage recruitment metrics to meet hiring goals and SLAs. Keep up to date with US immigration policies (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizen) and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 610 years of proven US IT recruitment experience. Strong vendor network and established relationships with Prime Vendors/Tier-1 partners. Deep understanding of US hiring models – W2, C2C, 1099. Proficient in using ATS and recruitment tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment. Flexible to work in US shifts. Preferred: Experience with state and federal government clients. Track record of consistent high placements and meeting KPIs
